How it works
- Submit an eligible request; checks move it to Processing.
- When required, an admin approves Start redeem. Redeeming rechecks eligibility and removes the appropriate game credits.
- Supported gateway methods continue to payment; manual methods wait in Paying for the team.
- A successful confirmed payment marks the request Paid.
What you need before requesting a cashout
Cash-funded play must meet the 3× requirement and the applicable latest-load tier. A qualifying deposit within the last 24 hours and one cashout per 24 hours are required. The account rules and request form show your current minimum and maximum; a balance above the limit does not raise the cap.
Bonus/freeplay winnings must exceed $80 before a $15 redemption; the remainder is cleared. Referral-funded play requires at least $80 in winnings above the load, with eligible winnings capped at 10× the load and 50% redeemable. These rules follow the game's funding source. Bonus credits are not immediately withdrawable cash.
Payment methods, fees and timing

PayPal needs an email address, never a username. A 10% fee applies to all methods. Gateway limits or review may require manual handling; no guaranteed instant payment.
For a $30 request at a 10% fee, the fee is $3 and payable is $27. Chime's gateway minimum applies to payable money; a small request may need manual handling. Processing time depends on verification, redemption, the payment provider and any review. Check the status rather than assuming a request is already paid.

Why is my cashout in Processing or Paying?
Processing means verification has completed but redemption still needs to proceed. Paying means game redemption is complete and payment is pending or awaiting confirmation. Only Paid confirms completion.
Can PayPal use a username?
No. Enter a valid PayPal email address. Venmo uses manual sending; it is never sent through the automated gateway.
