How cashback eligibility works
The published program unlocks at VIP Level 1 (250+ points), with rates scaling from 5% to 12% by level. Qualification includes 5+ games and $50+ eligible daily net loss. Points come from deposit, cashout and activated-referral activity; your account shows current progress.
Paid cashouts reset cashback eligibility, and the calculation uses eligible activity rather than all money ever deposited. A losing session alone does not guarantee a credit. Check the current VIP rules for your level and the recorded day.
Using cashback in a game
Game loads start at $5 from Credits and $3 from Bonus/Referral. Accepted smaller wallet additions remain wallet credit until the relevant balance can cover a load. Follow the amount and method instructions shown on Buy Credits; wallet funding is not the same as loading a game.
Bonus/freeplay winnings must exceed $80 before a $15 redemption; the remainder is cleared. Referral-funded play requires at least $80 in winnings above the load, with eligible winnings capped at 10× the load and 50% redeemable. These rules follow the game's funding source. Bonus credits are not immediately withdrawable cash.
