Wallet deposit versus game load
Game loads start at $5 from Credits and $3 from Bonus/Referral. Accepted smaller wallet additions remain wallet credit until the relevant balance can cover a load. Follow the amount and method instructions shown on Buy Credits; wallet funding is not the same as loading a game.
Your central wallet is where matched payments are credited. A game account has a separate balance. To play, submit a reload to the correct game using an eligible amount from the chosen wallet balance; the payment alone does not transfer money into the game.
Making sure your payment reaches your account
Open Buy Credits, select the amount and a currently available method, then follow that method's instructions. Include your personal deposit code when asked. Cash App, Chime or Venmo can require screenshot proof when matching needs assistance. Crypto or other providers may require a higher payment minimum.
Keep your payment reference and wait for matching. If a payment is pending, contact support with the method, amount and deposit code before paying a second time. Do not send funds to an old address or a payment handle from a previous transaction.
